Vamshi & Co is a firm of consultants and specialists in labour law, provident fund, ESI and payroll compliance. Since 1986 we have served leading mills, institutions and businesses in and around Hyderabad.

Our story
Built on repeat clients.
The firm began by handling the statutory obligations of mills and institutions around Hyderabad, at a time when every PF and ESI return was prepared by hand and delivered in person.
The work has changed many times since. Returns moved online, employees received universal account numbers, payroll moved to software, and in 2025 twenty-nine labour laws became four Codes. Through each change our purpose has stayed the same: take a demanding, ever-changing area of compliance off our clients' desks and handle it correctly.
Today we provide flexible payroll and compliance services for small, medium and large employers. We run payroll on our own systems, file every statutory return, and represent our clients before the authorities when needed.

Since our inception, our goal has been to change the way the ESI, PF and payroll side of running a business is handled and viewed. These tasks are often regarded with dread because the laws and regulations keep changing. Our wish to simplify this for our clients, through dedicated solutions, is what gave birth to this organisation.
Today I am proud to say that we have succeeded in this to a great extent, and it has earned us the trust of our clients. We believe that only a client who returns is a satisfied client, and most of our client base is made up of clients who have stayed with us for years.
I am thankful to our team, who have supported us in turning this vision into reality, and to our clients, who have stood by us throughout.
