Who is the employer of the staff?
The staff are on our rolls. We pay their salaries and statutory contributions, and maintain their records. You remain the principal employer, which is why we share proof of compliance every month.
What will we receive each month?
An invoice with the attendance it is based on, the wage register, and PF and ESI challans for the staff deployed with you.
Can we move staff to our own rolls later?
Yes. The terms for absorbing staff onto your rolls are agreed in the contract at the start.
How quickly can you deploy staff?
