Overview

ESI gives covered employees and their families medical care and cash benefits. For the employer, it means registering every eligible employee from the day they join, paying contributions on time and reporting incidents promptly.

Gaps in ESI compliance usually surface at the worst moment: when an employee is injured and is found not to be registered. We make sure that never happens to your workforce.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Which employees are covered by ESI?

Employees earning up to the notified wage ceiling in covered establishments. We check coverage against the current limit every month as salaries change.

What if an employee is injured at work?

The injury must be reported to ESIC promptly. We prepare the report and supporting documents so the employee can receive treatment and benefits without delay.

Can an employee be registered later?

Registration should happen at joining. Late registration can leave the employee without benefits and the employer liable for the cost, so we register new joiners in the same month.
