EPFO · Social Security Code
Provident Fund compliance, managed every month.
We run your EPF obligations end to end: registration, monthly returns, member claims and every interaction with the EPFO. Your employees get their benefits on time, and your establishment stays clear of interest and damages.

Overview
Provident fund is the most visible statutory obligation an employer has. Employees check their passbooks, and the EPFO matches every rupee against your returns. A missed month or a wrong wage figure shows up quickly, in a notice or in an employee's complaint.
We have handled PF for establishments in and around Hyderabad since 1986, through the move from paper registers to the unified portal and now to the Social Security Code. We bring that continuity to every client file.

Questions
Frequently asked.
Which establishments must register for PF?
Generally, establishments with 20 or more employees must register, and smaller establishments can opt in voluntarily. We confirm applicability for your business before registering.
What happens if the ECR is filed late?
Late payment attracts interest and damages, and repeated delays tend to invite inspections. We file ahead of the due date so this does not happen.
Can you check our contractors' PF compliance?
Yes. A principal employer can be held liable for contributions a contractor fails to pay, so we verify contractors' challans and returns every month.
Can our employees contact you directly?
Yes. Employees can reach our helpdesk for passbook, claim and transfer queries, which takes the load off your HR team.
